Technical Product Manager
Responsibilities :
Onsite: 2-3 days/week
Responsibilities :
- Shape product vision and strategy
- Gather and prioritize requirements, write user stories and story grooming
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering on implementation
- Direct UI/UX design and user testing
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders
- Integrate with networking technology components and systems
- Create technical documentation
- Optimize performance and scalability
- Define and measure success metrics
- Evangelize and drive adoption
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, and diagraming tools.
- Experience with Messaging technologies for SMS/MMS/RCS, IMS solutions
- Experience working with Business Messaging products is preferred
- Good understanding of Cloud platforms, APIs - REST, SMPP, others
- Familiarity with Messaging market and competitive landscape
- Visual thinking and diagramming
- Clear and concise technical writing
- Cross-functional collaboration
