- 3-way match (PO and invoice match – viewing PO, understanding how to match to invoice)
- AP and AR as long as they have minimum of 5 years on Accounts Payable
- Verify transaction compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain electronic records for all payable accounts
- Reconcile supplier statement, ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and maintain accurate records and control reports.
Education: Bachelor of Degree in Accounting and Finance
