The Team :
The Mattel Global Franchise Creative team focuses on creative direction and asset development for pitches, style guides, and informs licensing development around the world for Mattel brands.
The Opportunity :
The Designer works on Hardlines and Softlines Category Creative for Licensing and product development for Mattel and supports the Dolls CP / Franchise Creative team. This role works within the Dolls CP / Franchise Creative team, specifically on the American Girl brand to pitch new business and drive product development / programs. This includes product development, mocking up necessary visuals, inspiring collections, and providing feedback and creative approvals. The role maintains communication with priority licensees and collaboration within the Dolls team to ensure successful execution and visibility of the product line.
