Job Title : Business Analyst (Non-IT) / Partnerships Marketing Analyst

Duration : 1 year contract

Location : Austin, TX- Hybrid 2x-3x a week onsite.

Position Summary :

The Partner Network Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting ’s Partner Network. This role focuses on enhancing partner interactions with the AMD Partner Network Portal, onboarding new partners, and driving engagement through program initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in partner relationship management, and familiarity with the semiconductor industry or channel ecosystems

Required Skills & Experience :

Partner Relationship Management (PRM) : Experience with PRM systems or assisting partners through digital platforms.

Channel Experience : Understanding of channel sales, partner ecosystems, or distribution models.

Technical Aptitude : Ability to learn and navigate SaaS platforms like the AMD Partner Network Portal, with basic troubleshooting skills.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with a diverse range of partners.

Customer Service : High-quality support experience, strong problem-solving capabilities.

Regional Expertise : Familiarity with market dynamics and cultural nuances in regions such as EMEA (preferred).

Training & Onboarding : Experience in delivering training sessions via webinars or in person.

Project Management : Strong multitasking and detail-oriented project management skills.

Languages : Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
