Job Title : IT Sr Staff Business Systems Analyst
Location : San Jose, CA (100% onsite)
Job Duration : 3 months of contract, possible CTH
Primary Skills :
- 10 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role, with 3 years’ experience on Salesforce Sales and / or Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud features
- Proficient in creating process diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or Technology related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
- Ability to build consensus among cross-functional business stakeholders (at different levels of the organization) on approach and outcomes and help deliver robust, scalable technology solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, expertise in managing crucial customer conversations, coupled with strong negotiating and conflict-resolution abilities
- Results-oriented and self-starter with a desire to learn and continuously augment skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or Technology related field
