Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated Firmware QA Engineering contractor to join our team.
Qualifications :
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Electrical Engineering / Technology or equivalent training and experience.
Strong background in computer hardware, software, and PC architecture.
Required : PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities :
- Use detailed test procedures to validate various hardware and software features, identifying functional issues / failures on cutting-edge server systems.
- Utilize internal hardware test tools, software utilities, or third-party utilities to capture and report failures to engineering and debug teams.
- Record results / data into a database and write detailed descriptions of observed failures.
- Validate automated test cases by strictly following documented guidelines and procedures.
