Who We Need
To support Netrality's continued growth, we seek a Contracts Analyst who will be responsible for the contractual lifecycle. The candidate must have experience drafting, negotiating, and redlining contract documents, and analyzing contractual terms and pricing. The role requires the ability to investigate and follow-through on contract issues and build relationships across business units, communicate effectively, and manage a complex workload with competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be familiar with evaluating audit documents and responding to compliance requests.

Description of Responsibilities
Support a portfolio of contracts throughout the lifecycle, including renewals, amendments and terminationsFollow contractual processes as documented and recommend process improvementsDraft, redline and negotiate license agreements, service orders, and other contractual documentsPrepare contract renewal analyses that include contractual terms, resolving conflicting information, and evaluating invoices and audits.Collaborate with various business units to respond to audit and compliance requestsReview and draft responses to RFP requestsProvide ad-hoc analytical support and complete special projects as requestedCommunicate regularly with management and various business unitsThrive in a face-paced environment, managing competing prioritiesBe a team player with the ability to work and communicate across a variety of business units and management levelsPossess a zeal for continuous learning and the ability to build on foundational skills to progress into future rolesPosition Requirements and Desired Skills
Bachelor's degree required with focus in real estate, business, or finance preferredJuris Doctor preferred or 3 years in a similar roleContract negotiation experience, preferably with experience in the data center, telecommunications, or technology industriesMust be extremely detail-oriented and a problem solver, always working towards meaningful solutionsPrevious experience collaborating in a cross functional manner with different teams towards a common project goalContract drafting and redlining experience with specific focus on license agreements, leases, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreementsContract analysis and interpretation, experience abstracting contractual rights and obligations, and synthesizing contractual requirements for non-legal team members and executive leadershipStrong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skillsExcellent communicator, confidently articulating complex analysis and solutions both orally and writtenExperience working independently as well as collaboratively; effectively managing competing priorities while meeting hard deadlines in a fast-paced working environmentProficient with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat; experience with Salesforce preferredSelf-motivated, initiative taker with a can-do attitudeHighest ethical and professional conduct and integrityAdhere to all guidelines and expectations set forth in company's corporate handbookPI256496253
