The Position:
We are seeking a part-time Tennis Teaching Professional specializing in coaching Red Ball Tennis to kids ages 4-7. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about teaching young children the fundamentals of tennis.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the Young Stars (Red Ball) Tennis Camp for children ages 4-7.
- Deliver on-court instruction using age-appropriate teaching techniques.
- Supervise and mentor camp staff to ensure a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate with parents regarding camper progress and program details.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to camp operations.
- Contribute to the success of NETRESULTS’ junior tennis programming during the spring & summer session, if available.
Qualifications:
- Strong tennis background with experience coaching young players.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and skilled at engaging with children.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.

Schedule & Compensation:
- Summer Camp (June – August):
- Morning Session (8:30 AM – 11:30 AM): 15 hours per week, $375/week
- Afternoon Session (12:30 PM – 3:30 PM): 15 hours per week, $375/week
Note: The afternoon session is dependent on program registration, meaning that some weeks we may not have enough participants to run the afternoon session.
- Spring & Summer Programs (May – Aug): Additional on-court coaching hours available based on program needs.
- On-Court Coaching: $45/hour
- Administrative Tasks: $16/hour
- Performance-Based Bonus: Opportunity to earn an additional bonus for increasing Young Stars Camp enrollment by 5% over last season.
