Our team of Event Specialists manage and deliver high-profile virtual corporate event conferencing to major organizations and financial institutions across the globe. Virtual events such as Video, Web and Audio conferencing are a fast-paced and exciting industry, and we are seeking passionate and motivated professionals who are keen to build their career in this sector. As an Event Specialist based in our Birmingham Alabama office, you will be supporting global investment banks and corporations by delivering service excellence. You will work closely with clients to manage the booking request, call facilitation, and post-call reports for their high-profile events while providing an efficient, friendly, and professional service.

Responsibilities
- Receive and complete call bookings via email and telephone
- Assess client requirements from conferencing requests, determine the event type they need, and make recommendations on joining methods, visual elements, and analytical post-call reports
- Act as the main point of contact for the call arranger and their clients for your assigned call and events
- Professionally operate audio and web conferences, make announcements into the calls, introduce speakers, and manage Q&A sessions
- Build valuable relationships with our customers and make a positive impact on their conferencing experience
- Managing and prioritizing your daily schedule and ensuring all call tasks are completed in a timely manner and with a high level of attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally while maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and sustain rapport with clients while practicing active listening skills
- Proficient and confident with Microsoft Office 365 products
- Suited to 5-hour shift pattern to begin at 7:00am CT, Monday to Friday. Weekend availability is a plus (if you’re flexible.)
