Job Summary :
You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our employees install applications and programs. Responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, providing immediate in-person support, as well as being responsible for technical procurement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
Track computer system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
Guide employees through a series of actions, either via email, chat, or in-person, until they’ve resolved a technical issue.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers).
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to employees.
Ensure all issues are properly logged.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Follow up with employees to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Identify technical needs, make purchases, and configure systems.
Create and deactivate user accounts in cloud systems as needed.
Maintain jovial relationships with employees.
Fill downtime with inventory receiving and processing tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications :
Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Reliable transportation to and from the company.
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours per day with scheduled breaks.
Capability to work in a warehouse environment that includes climbing stairs, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, and pushing.
