Cable/Fiber Technician – Growth Opportunity

What We're Looking For:
· Experienced & entry-level cable/fiber technicians ready to grow
· On-the-job training across multiple installation practices
· Local candidates within a 50-mile radius of Spartanburg, SC, and/or Asheville, NC
· A clean background check (CrimShield certification required)
· A reliable work vehicle (truck, van, or SUV capable of carrying a 28ft ladder)
· A positive, adaptable mindset with a drive to succeed
· Availability for a 6 to 7-day work schedule (8 AM – 7 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
· Install cable, fiber internet, TV, and home phone services for customers
· Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently
· Follow standard installation practices and client expectations
· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
· Maintain accurate inventory records and keep materials organized
· Adapt to new technologies and evolving industry requirements
· Be comfortable working at heights and in various indoor/outdoor environments

Pay: $25.72 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 120 per week
