We are looking for a technical support specialist that is available to do on-site work as well as remote helpdesk. We need someone who can diagnose our customers issues from root cause to solution and document cases. We need a team player that can communicate well with peers as well as offering great Customer Service whether it is in person or remote.
Business Hours : Monday through Friday; 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
We offer overtime hours for any work completed outside of the specified time frame of your shift.
On - call One weekend in rotation with all tech support specialists from 1030am - 4pm.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions via Ticketing System
