Responsibilities:
- Collect employee and payroll data from HR via Employee Change Notifications (promotions, transfers, terminations, new hires, commissions, bonuses, overtime, holiday balances etc.)
- Complete the payroll information onto Specific Excel Templates, upload files (where applicable) and submit all other necessary information to the in-country Payroll providers for payroll processing
- Review the Preliminary Payroll Reports from the Payroll Providers (pay variance, ESPP, HAS, garnishment, severance, bonus, etc.)
- Collect Final Reports and follow up on 3rd party payments to the local Tax & Social Security Authorities, Pension Funds, Insurance providers, etc.
- Review and address error reports from payroll provide
- Manage Payroll Mailbox – forward employee queries to payroll provider, address inquiries from internal stakeholders, payroll provider or government agencies promptly
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
- Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience in managing outsourced payroll administration
- Proficient in ADP related applications such as Vantage, Time and Attendance, Time Bank, Smart Compliance, etc.
- General knowledge of accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel. Ability to perform v-lookups and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational and time management skills; adhere to strict Deadlines
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, GDPR
- Ability to maintain Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification/Skills:
- Proficient in both payroll processing and managing outsourced payroll
- Experience in managing multiple payrolls on a weekly basis
- Experience in converting manual inputs into upload templates for payroll processing
