What you will do
The Account Manager (AM) role will look different on a day-to-day basis! Depending on the client size, scope of work, and budget, the AM may be point of contact for the client, a project manager for specific projects, and / or working with other Account leaders as a support to larger pieces of business. The AM facilitates the setup, delivery, and optimization of marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross functional partners while managing client expectations with proactive communication. They will also efficiently project manage tasks internally for their clients' ensuring deliverables are complete and done well before going live. This position is integral to the success of each client relationship and requires a dynamic individual who excels at time management, pays close attention to details, and is excited to learn. What to expect :
Assumes role of a primary day-to-day client contact for some clients and support on others
Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously with varying budgets and campaigns.
Continuously learn and be the subject matter expert in the client's industry.
Full ownership of all assigned communications (internal and external), setting realistic expectations, scheduling, etc. Relationship building is a must!
Schedule, prepare, and send client meeting agendas and conference reports.
Lead and / or attend client meetings and consistently provide strategy, tactic recommendations, and new ideas.
Prepare reports (documents, PowerPoints, etc) with the ability to tell a data-driven story and provide key highlights / executive summary to client leadership.
Quality control - makes sure everything is completed accurately, timely, , and up to client and agency standards
Consistently monitor client KPIs, budgets, and quality results.
Complete progress reports for key stakeholders
Stays ahead of marketing trends, asks questions to internal experts on services, and educates self on agency marketing strategies (digital, PR, SEO, etc.)

What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration highly preferred.
3 years' experience working in marketing, project management or customer service within the marketing industry.
Knowledgeable in digital marketing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
Excellent task management skills plus the ability to manage tasks and relationships with clients within various industries simultaneously.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and hold cross-functional internal team members accountable.
Strong communication skills : ability to effectively communicate internally and externally.
Ability to present information with accurate insights, explanations, and recommendations via email, telephone, and over electronic media such as web conferencing.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Must be a team player who is highly motivated, and solution driven. Thinking strategically is a must!
Working knowledge of inbound marketing strategies; ability to effectively represent agency as marketing expert / knowledgeable marketing partner.
Experience at a marketing agency preferred
- Franchise industry experience preferred
