Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational status and manage intervention and problem solving with project managers and operations managers.
- Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
- Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders are up to date and engaged in high-priority initiatives
- Participate or lead process design, process implementation, or process improvement initiatives
- Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects including review status of projects and budgets.
- Assess operational issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Experience with operational analysis including data collection, reporting and analytics
