Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, manage progress, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Serve as primary project lead, coordinating communication and governance from planning through completion and stakeholder acceptance
- Direct cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation to meet project timelines and budget requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on methodology and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Establish and maintain project controls, documentation, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and support decision-making
- Integrate and champion digital automation tools and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity
- Foster collaboration across departments while coordinating project activities, information flow, and resource utilization
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 3 years project management experience
- Demonstrate mastery of project management principles; adapt practices to meet rapidly changing business climates and needs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software, with strong analytical and data visualization capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience facilitating change management and process improvement initiatives
- Project Management Professional certification or similar certification
- Experience working with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools, with ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology adoption
- Up to 30% travel
- Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
