Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform system build, testing and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology
- Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments
- Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues
- Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows.
- Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
- Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Decision making skills
- Flexibility
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
- Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)
- Potential travel 20% of the time as needed
- Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
