Schedule: M Th 5 am to 3:30pm
Please note that this is a 6 months contract position.
The Kitter needs to be able to drive a sit – down forklift
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
High School Diploma or GED is recommended, but not required.
0 - 2 years manufacturing/assembly experience.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and/or climbing.
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift, with assistance, up to 100 pounds
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Must be able to work in outdoors environment
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
As an Assembler, you will fill orders by creating steel bundles and/or wooden packaging crates of individual items into ready-to-ship kits. This role will be based in Euless, TX.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Ensure related items are grouped, packaged, and supplied together as one unit.
Pull the materials together by reading and interpreting work instructions and other specifications to determine layouts and sequences of operations using the proper tools and support equipment.
Perform your work with little supervision in compliance with all procedures, and safety policies.
