Job Description:
As Senior Human Factors Engineer on Monarch, you'll be trusted as end-to-end owner for HF, ensuring HF activities support business goals and our product vision.
This will require both strategic, longer-term thinking coupled with a pragmatic short-term bias to action. Collaborating with a group of HF practitioners, UXUI designers and industrial designers, you will form an agile, purposeful team that is empowered to champion the needs of our users.
- Lead complex human factors work, using best-in-class methodologies to inform thorough decision-making and HF strategies
- Manage and evolve critical HF documentation included in the usability engineering file (uFMEA)
- Develop positive relationships with business partners to create alignment and unlock success for human factors
- Collaborate with cross functional team on the Monarch team to shape the product experience
- Review HF materials and outputs from other HFEs (internal or external)
