What Are the Job Duties? Web Designers at NetSource enjoy a wide variety of challenges and projects, and their main responsibility is working with the client to bring their vision to life. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic problem-solver who loves to tackle new challenges and stay current on evolving technologies, standards, and best practices. As part of our design team, you will conceptualize, design, and implement engaging, user-friendly, and search engine optimized websites. You’ll design award-winning logos and corporate branding campaigns. You should be comfortable building standards compliant HTML and CSS, and implementing JavaScript using Jquery. Web Designers frequently collaborate with the programming team to develop online applications. Each designer communicates directly with clients to ensure that their work meets the customer’s needs and goals.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional print design or web design/development experience is required.

- A 2-4 year degree in Digital Arts, Graphic Design or related.
- Hands-on experience with:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Bootstrap
- JavaScript
- jQuery

- Divi
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with responsive and mobile design, as well across platform compatibility, development, and testing.
- Understanding of web usability, UI/UX trends, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with PHP or .NET is a plus.
- Experience with the Adobe Suite of applications.
- Strong graphics manipulation/optimization skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Experience in animation and video editing is a plus
- Experience with Social Media advertising and creating Social Media ads
- Ability to design customized web pages and interfaces based on client specifications.
- Must be team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work together with a team to build and maintain effective web and marketing design solutions.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop good rapport with customers to meet expectations.
- Must be customer-centric and aggressive in servicing your customers’ needs and meeting their expectations and goals.
