Join the mission as Head of Product Marketing . This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for NetSPI’s portfolio of cybersecurity solutions. This individual will lead a small but impactful team of two and collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, and enablement teams to ensure the successful positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and Execute Product Marketing Strategy : Lead the product marketing strategy for all NetSPI products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the voice of the customer.
- Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two product marketers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Oversee the creation and execution of GTM plans for new product launches, updates, and enhancements, ensuring the success of market introduction and adoption.
- Positioning & Messaging : Drive the creation of compelling, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences (e.g., CISOs, security professionals, and IT leaders) in both the enterprise and SMB space.
- Sales Enablement : Work closely with the sales enablement team to create pitch decks, product FAQs, case studies, and competitive intelligence, to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to close deals.
- Customer and Market Insights : Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Success teams to gather feedback from customers, prospects, and industry experts to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on priorities and drive joint marketing initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing activities, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
