NetSPI is hiring for our 2025 Summer Internship Program . We are excited to welcome a Marketing Operations intern to our team for the summer. Internship details :

  • Timing : June 9th – August 15th, 2025
  • 30-40 hours / week
  • 20 / hour
  • Location : Onsite in Minneapolis at NetSPI’s Headquarters

Intern Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the execution of demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and content syndication.
  • Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Support for lead nurturing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Conduct market research and audience segmentation to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs) and provide insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Support A / B testing for subject lines, ad creatives, and landing pages.
  • Assist in the coordination of webinars, virtual events, and digital promotions to drive engagement and lead generation.

    • Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related undergraduate program (junior / senior status preferred)
  • Based in the Twin Cities with the ability to be on-site at NetSPI’s headquarters for the duration of the internship.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven marketing.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or digital ad platforms (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools is a plus.
