Join the mission as a Resource Manager . The Resource Manager will collaborate with the multiple teams within the NetSPI organization to manage schedules for NetSPI’s billable resource team, ensuring the appropriate resources are assigned. The Resource Manager will help create moments of magic for our clients by finding creative solutions to scheduling needs. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, is detail oriented and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Manage resource scheduling across multiple projects; assigning based on skillset, experience and physical location
- Support Resource intake from both the Client Delivery and Sales Teams in a timely manner
- Mitigate resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff
- Ability to identify future demands of resources based on lead times and communicate that to Leadership
- Support the Client Delivery Team in driving and tracking client compliance training
- Work with Service Leads to coordinate the on-boarding / mentoring of billable resources
- Assist billable team members with scheduling of professional development needs
- Promote a productive work environment; responsible for improving productivity of billable employees by optimizing utilization
- Recommend, organize, develop and help implement resource-related process improvements
