Join the mission as Salesforce Administrator specializing in business and systems analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide array of aspects around our mature implementation of Salesforce. Monitoring the data interchange from systems into and out of Salesforce, managing user creation and deactivation, performing user permission audits, and supporting Salesforce users through design and implementation of case tracking are just a few real-world examples of work. We are looking for a highly talented and energetic admin to join our Business Systems team!
Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain an internal ticketing system within Salesforce.
- Triage, resolve, and provide support for issues reported from Salesforce users.
- Work with business leaders to develop data health, retention and storage policies.
- Assist in oversight of user setup, licenses, roles, profiles and permissions.
- Periodic audits of existing profiles, groups and users to meet security standards.
- Liaison with the IT team to ensure all security policy and protocols are being followed.
- Develop and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Manage, prioritize and perform work from concept to completion in an agile framework.
- Participate in change management activities (UAT, training, communications, business readiness, etc.) supporting program rollouts in partnership with Sales Operations and other business operation teams.
