Join the mission as SDR Manager. This role will be leading and supporting a team of Sales Development Representatives who are responsible for identifying, creating, and qualifying new sales leads for our commercial account team. As a critical member of our sales leadership team, we are looking for a proactive, results-oriented sales management professional with a strong ability to coach and grow an SDR team.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to encourage top performance
- Recruit, interview, hire and onboard new Sales Development Reps
- Coach individual SDRs through call shadowing, role play, and performance reporting
- Facilitate working with and influencing cross-functional teams and departments in an environment of rapid growth
- Deliver ongoing training on sales prospecting, email outreach, and outbound calling
- Guide and manage prospect research and list building activity
- Monitor outbound activities, such as call and email volume and key performance metrics linked to lead generation
- Define performance metrics by which SDRs will be measured (e.g., call/email activity, response rates, leads generated, lead quality, ultimate lead-to-close)
- Create forward-looking plans to support future growth targets
Qualifications:
- Based in the Twin Cities. This role is expected to be in-office at our North Loop Headquarters.
- 3 years B2B selling experience preferably in one of the following: High-tech software/professional service, cybersecurity, or software platform sales
- 1 years of experience in supervision or people management
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com (Lightning) and proficient in building reports
- Formal training on sales methodology (Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of a Sales Enablement product is highly preferred (NetSPI uses SalesLoft)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor s degree
