NetSPI Is Hiring For Our 2025 Summer Internship Program. We Are Excited To Welcome a People Operations Intern To Our Team For The Summer. Internship Details
- Timing: June 9th – August 15th, 2025
- 30-40 hours/week
- $20/hour
- Location: Onsite in Minneapolis at NetSPI’s Headquarters
- Assist NetSPI’s recruiting team with job descriptions, applicant screening, and candidate sourcing.
- Work alongside and assist our People Operations Coordinator with candidate and employee experience including greeting candidates for in-person interviews and assisting with new employee’s first day tasks.
- Shadow recruiting team members to learn NetSPI’s hiring process and propose ideas for how to improve certain steps and/or overall process.
- HR related support including audit preparation and digitization of files.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources (or related) undergraduate program (junior/senior status preferred)
- Based in the Twin Cities with the ability to be on-site at NetSPI’s headquarters for the duration of the internship.
Salary : $20
