We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Product to join our team and drive the next phase of our product evolution. This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the CTO, COO, CRO and other leaders to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Product Development Oversight : Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, monitoring progress and addressing challenges proactively.
- Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product direction, reprioritize roadmap items as needed and identify new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit and successful product launches. Work with NetSPI service SMEs to build requirements and validate results.
- Team Building and Mentorship : Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing product management team.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with our customer advisory board, key customers and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure products meet market needs.
- Innovation Promotion : Foster a culture of innovation within the product team to drive continuous improvement and competitive differentiation.
