Overview
As an Director of Operations at iTEAM Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational success of our office in Albuquerque, NM. You will oversee the day-to-day operational functions, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company objectives. You will be the primary point of escalation for billing disputes beyond the account executive level, manage personnel inquiries, and oversee regional management meetings to drive sales and support goals. Your role will also involve maintaining optimal employee utilization, reviewing sales quotes for operational feasibility, managing employee disputes, and reporting monthly performance metrics to upper management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for billing disputes beyond account executives.
- Address day-to-day operational inquiries from all personnel within the region.
- Support the Managing Director of the region to oversee management meetings to ensure sales and support goals are met.
- Review new and cross-sell business opportunities to ensure proper support feasibility.
- Maintain a balanced and efficient employee utilization across the region.
- Report monthly operational performance to upper management.
- Manage and resolve disputes between employees within your reporting line.
- Operate within annual budget constraints to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in the MSP industry.
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects effectively.
- Familiarity with vendors such as TD Synnex, Datto, Kaseya, SonicWALL, HP, and Dell is a plus.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
