Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of various departments.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and technical skills needed.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical expertise.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
- Offer guidance and negotiate job offers with candidates to ensure a competitive compensation package.
- Stay current with the latest recruitment strategies and best practices in the IT industry.
- Build a strong network of IT professionals throughout the US through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Screen candidates for basic networking skills, understanding of protocols such as DNS and DHCP, and familiarity with hardware from vendors like Dell and HP.
- Evaluate candidates' knowledge of basic firewall configurations and security principles.
- Leverage talent acquisition tools to navigate workflow.
- Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365 to identify qualified candidates.
