You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to understand our services and solutions, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and commission structure.

Job Summary:
As a New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in the Houston area. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to understand our services and solutions, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions tailored to their specific requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and materials
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote Netsurit and generate new leads
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress towards targets to the sales manager
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Industry contacts and must have already built a level of trust with this client group, potentially being seen as a subject matter expert in digitally transforming clients in these verticals.
- Member of industry associations or attends meetups and/or industry events and functions.
- Extensive experience in selling in these two spaces and have a deeper understanding of the customer needs and pain points and how to leverage our Netsurit capabilities/offerings to solve those frequent challenges. (Productization)
- Will require less "ramp time" due to solid industry knowledge and key players/networking within known groups, thus shortening the sales cycle.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel within the Houston area as needed
