We are looking for employees who can negotiate on the phone. The position is calling customers who are past due, our job is to collect the money!
No experience necessary. We will train you how to negotiate and handle collections calls; during our 4-week new hire training program.

The Position
Your responsibilities would include handling incoming and/or outgoing customer calls, processing payments and resolving customer concerns by phone.
Saturdays we are open from 8am to 4pm.
Choose from morning shifts, evening shifts, and shifts on Saturdays. We also offer split shifts that allow you to break up your workday - work half your shift in the morning & work the rest of your hours at night!

The Position

- Paid Training $18.00/hour
- Pay differential for employees who handle Spanish calls
- Training is part time. Full time positions are available after 30 days. Salaries start at 34,000/year plus incentives, and bonuses.
