What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Intern position at Nettles Construction Solutions?
The 2025 summer intern will work with construction sales with possible interaction with Operations in the office and in the field. Our intern will obtain experience with day-to-day construction as well as learning the valuable link between the sales side and the construction side of the business. They will work a typical eight-hour day four days a week with Fridays off.
Responsibilities
Our intern will work directly with our sales manager and our operations project manager. They will work on construction project searches, takeoffs, estimates and proposals along with networking for the sales side. There may be opportunity to assist with project management and construction site activity.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal, mathematical and written communication skills. Basic understanding of commercial and civil construction. Construction management student currently within their sophomore and senior year in college.
