Director of Quality, Compliance and Risk Management

We are seeking a Director of Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management to provide leadership of the Quality, Compliance and Risk Management department that manages organizational risk and ensures quality outcomes of service delivery; compliance with federal, state and local regulations; and accreditation.
This position is full-time, exempt from Monday through Friday, during office business hours. A flexible hybrid working arrangement is available for this position. The employee may perform work from a home office or work site during regular business hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Law, Business Administration, Human Services, Nursing or related field.
- At least seven years of progressively more responsible experience in compliance, risk management, quality, or a related area within a behavioral health, healthcare, or public health setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing behavioral health services, including Medicaid, HIPAA, and Joint Commission or CARF accreditation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality assurance and performance improvement programs in a complex, regulated environment.
- Knowledge of risk management principles, including incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Experience developing and overseeing compliance programs, including auditing, reporting, and policy development.
- Ability to analyze data and implement evidence-based practices to improve service quality and outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to engage and train diverse stakeholders, including executives, clinical staff, and external regulatory agencies.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an uncertain and rapidly changing regulatory and operational environment.
- Experience accurately interpreting and analyzing regulations, policies, and technical procedures, government regulations, policy, and data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and manage time in an effective and efficient manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and other relevant applications.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job-related use. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree.
- Paralegal or law degree. Lived experiences with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders valued
