The Program Development Manager is responsible for connecting our organization with the surrounding community and donors. They focus on creating development plans that raise public awareness about key issues, facilitate donor fundraising, and brainstorming potential partnerships or methods for engagement with the local community. Their duties include coordinating activities between multiple projects, managing general fundraising and market aspects, giving detailed attention to program fundraising and partnership strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Marketing team providing thought leadership and implementation strategies
- Creation, development, and implementation plan for new programs
- Being a liaison with community partners, and donors
- Creation, development, and implementation of community fundraisers (2 fundraisers per year)
- Creation of strategies to retain current partners, volunteers, and donors
- Develop partnerships with existing employers for youth and adult workforce development and company outreach needs.
- Other duties and programs as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
- Must access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
