Key Responsibilities
- Perform cable installation tasks in accordance with project requirements and industry best practices.
- Execute infrastructure deployment activities alongside team members to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of installation activities, adhering to company protocols.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project milestones and deadlines. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in operating cable installation equipment, including cable tuggers, jetting machines, and micro-blowers.
- Extensive knowledge of cable types, sizes, and industry-standard installation techniques.
- Ability to interpret, revise, and redline technical drawings and project blueprints.
- Expertise in advanced cable handling techniques such as coiling, figure-eight configurations, and racetrack layouts.
- Capable of working in various environmental conditions, including extreme weather scenarios.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces such as vaults, manholes, and other restricted environments.
- Desired: 1 year of hands-on experience in technical field installation and cabling.
- Desired: 1 year of experience in documenting technical projects, including job completion reports (JCR) and statements of work (SOW).
- Desired: Demonstrated ability to lead field operations and oversee job execution. Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and handle loads up to 50 lbs.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery
