Interns gain experience in a specific field through guidan ce from coaches, mentors, sponsors, and their immediate supervisor , completing previously assigned daily tasks related to specific goals , attending meetings, and development opportunities . All interns complete a project related to their job responsibilities and career interests and present this live at the internship's completion.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks that have been established as part of their goals for the internship
- Attend all required internship development opportunities and meetings
- Complete and present a project related to specific job responsibilities and career interests
- Assist the TA team and contribute to the team
- Look at new ways to attract talent to the company
- Assist to make sure that our postings are consistent
- Ability to attend career fair events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and software
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources
- Previous internships within HR desirable
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to verbally communicate and exchange information
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
