Job Summary : Tower Top Technicians support all aspects of telecommunication installations including the construction and maintenance of telecommunication structures. To include ensuring that work is performed in the safest manner possible while delivering a high-quality product to our customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Climbing and working on top of communications towers; installing, replacing, and repairing antenna equipment
- Takes direction from crew Foreman ensuring safety and quality standards are met while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
- Review documentation with Foreman to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine the required installation methods.
- Help supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and materials.
- Perform tower inspections, inventories and other various audits.
- Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation per the deliverable timelines.
- Assist with training crew members on proper safety / quality standards to align with CCDP (Crew Career Development Program)
- Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed.
