Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve collaborating with business analysts, senior developers, and test engineers to design, develop, and maintain web applications that meet our clients' needs.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
- This position is currently remote but may change due to contractual requirements.
- Must reside in DC, MD, VA, WV
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Java and Angular frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiar with Agile software development, and DevOps tool chain
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement software applications using Java and Angular
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high-quality solutions
