Job Description:
NDI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program Manager leading a geographically disperse teams providing a wide range of cloud, cybersecurity, business analytics, program analytics, SharePoint, communications, and UI Designer/Usability Human Factor Engineer support services to a national security client.
Requirement:
- U.S Citizenship
- This role is fully onsite (5days / week).
- Candidate must have an active Top Secret with the capability of obtaining SCI / CI Poly

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10 years of experience OR combination of certifications and demonstrated success in positions of similar scope and responsibility.
- Extensive project management experience relating to requirements analysis, systems engineering/development, operations and maintenance projects.
- Extensive experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Direct project management experience overseeing large IT development efforts.
- Experience in Government multiyear projects.
- Experience managing client relationships across organizations.
- Microsoft Office experience, including Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and deconfliction skills.
- Positive problem and conflict solving/resolution.
- Strategic thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and directing teams of developers, engineers, architects, and business analysts operating at four locations in three geographies.
- Assessing opportunities for growth within the team and scope of the contracted work.
- The development and implementation of assigned projects, providing a single point of contact for those projects.
- Working with government Product Owners to define project scope and objectives; and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conducting regular project meetings with staff and provision status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deliverables while maintaining a flexible, responsive, and supportive work environment.
Desired Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Jira Project Management experience.
- Experience in implementing feedback and performing corrective actions to ensure project success.
