This is an in person internship where you will gain hands-on experience in an office setting! The Sales Support Intern will work closely with the Sales Directors on finding opportunities for sales growth. This intern will work on daily administrative and reporting tasks to best support the sales team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist with minor customer communication, follow up, and identifying sales trends and opportunities.
- Work with Excel and Tableau to review, clean, and analyze sales data.
- Assist in generating reports to track sales performance and key metrics.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) data and ensure accurate record-keeping in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support day-to-day sales activities.
- Conduct research to support sales strategies and proposals.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated and detail-oriented
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus
- At least 2 years of college experience with an interest in sales
OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Our highly engaged internship program allows you to focus on projects related to sales that will help prepare you for your career. You’ll also get to collaborate and get to know interns in other functions to gain key business skills and help you succeed in the corporate world. As a capstone to the internship program, you will have the opportunity to present your summer experience and projects to our executive leadership team.
This is a PAID internship. Interns will work on a 40 hour work-week schedule while paid $18/hour.
