This is an in person internship where you will gain hands-on experience in an office setting! The Supplier Development Intern will play a crucial role in assisting our team with reporting, category development, dashboard creation, supplier meeting logistics, and document cleanup. This internship offers hands-on experience in data analysis, project management, and organizational skills development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the finance team to gather data from various sources.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing data to generate insightful reports.
  • Aid in the development of visually appealing and informative reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Category Development:
  • Work closely with the category development team to research market trends and insights.
  • Assist in identifying new product categories and opportunities for expansion.
  • Help in conducting competitor analysis to inform category strategies.
• Dashboard Creation:
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in developing interactive and user-friendly dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau).
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data displayed on dashboards.
• Logistics Support:
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Assist in managing schedules and agendas to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help in organizing materials and resources for various projects and initiatives.
• Organization of Files:
  • Maintain an organized file management system for easy access to documents and data.
  • Assist in archiving and cataloging files to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Help in organizing digital and physical files in accordance with best practices

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience with reporting, data analysis, or category management is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

Our highly engaged internship program allows you to focus on projects related to supplier development that will help prepare you for your career. You’ll also get to collaborate and get to know interns in other functions to gain key business skills and help you succeed in the corporate world. As a capstone to the internship program, you will have the opportunity to present your summer experience and projects to our executive leadership team.

This is a PAID internship. Interns will work a 40 hour work-week at $18/hour.

Salary : $18
