We're looking for a talented, versatile professional with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team of IT support specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to individual customer requests, addressing technical issues and troubleshooting challenging problems. The final candidate will also be responsible for providing high-level support and solving any technical problems that may emerge.

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and fix computer related issues
  • Install and support computer hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems as they occur
  • Document all work performed
  • Knowledge of best practices when handling confidential information
  • Recommend and implement security procedures and measures
