Responsibilities:
- Review and process contracts and related documents with high attention to detail.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems.
- Create and maintain agent records in our databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and information exchange.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in contracting, data entry, or insurance licensing preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently but collaboratively in a team environment.
