Description
Major Agro Tech innovator seeks Onsite Field Service Manager to manage Post-Harvest Agriculture Field Service team in Southwest territory ensuring quality on-time delivery of product, services, maintenance and installation of equipment at customer packhouse locations.
Location of position is in Visalia, CA. This is an in-person / in-field role. Salary range is $75,000 to $95,000 per year plus bonus
- Manage a Field Service and Equipment team of ~10 Employees, oversee day to day activities and monitor performance getting regular feedback from Commercial Team and customers. Establish KPIs to measure.
- Prioritize and Schedule routes / projects according to Account Management and Customer needs. Minimizing response times and maximizing efficiency.
- Lead meetings to check-in with entire Visalia team and align on daily / weekly priorities for the business
- Complete Field Service Training / Onboarding program & Continuous training monthly for direct reports
- Use Process improvement to reduce expense and labor budget year over year
