The Equipment Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking and directing all aspects of the customers owned equipment from the Cross docks through the NWS warehouse and finally to the site.
- Manage the relationship between the customer's equipment management group and our warehouses.
- Track, coordinate and manage customer's Equipment Release Forms (ERF).
- Schedule and coordinate transportation for the pick-up of customer supplied equipment as dictated by equipment availability and release date.
- Coordinate the receiving and inspection of all inbound customer supplied equipment with the warehouse.
- Oversee the documentation process for all customer supplied equipment. From ERF to receiving, inventory and finally shipment to the cell site.
- Coordinate all tracking for all customer supplied equipment by working closely with the NWS operations team.
- Coordinate and oversee all daily, monthly and quarterly scans and documentation is performed and completed correctly.
- Manage monthly internal audits of customer supplied equipment to ensure all assets are accounted for and documented properly.
- Reconcile, investigate and report to the operations team and management any discrepancies in equipment or documentation.
- Actively participate in all customer directed update calls and discussions.
- Communicate with both our internal team and the customer on all questions or issues surrounding the management of the customer supplied equipment.
- Communicate positively with fellow workers, supervisors, and customers.
- Always strive to exceed our customer's expectations with the management of their equipment.
- Manage the equipment assignment process as requested by our customers. Ensuring that all documentation and scans are conducted and recorded to properly manage the assignment of equipment.
