Job Summary : NWS is seeking a self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly-skilled Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our marketing efforts, coordinating campaigns, and representing NWS at industry events. If you're passionate about B2B marketing, and making meaningful impact with our Sales Team and Brand, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners and suppliers to align on marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshows and events, including travel and booth setup.
- Manage promotional and customer swag materials, ensuring timely delivery and inventory.
- Work with freelance graphic designers to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Support the marketing team with CRM system tasks (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company website with fresh content.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
