Networking Technologies, a regional and national provider of data communications consulting and technical services, currently has a position available for a full-time permanent Account Manager.

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Account Manager to join our Sales Team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, ensuring their success with our technology, and driving growth within your account portfolio. Must live in the Western PA territory.
Position Insights
Candidates must have the ability to deal with changing demands, be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and possess an adaptable personality. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a flair for organizational skills and who takes great pride in their work! This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
· Understand client goals and objectives and align our technology solutions to meet their needs.
· Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Work with the Sales Architecture and Engineering team along with Service Delivery Manager to ensure customer project requirements are met.
· Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and offer strategic recommendations.
· Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports on product performance.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and our product offerings to better serve clients.
· Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
· Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies.
· Must love the behaviors that drive business development, consultative selling techniques, managing customer expectations, negotiation, closing, and all other expert level methodology of mastering the sales process. This includes the successful execution of a sales cookbook agreed upon between the Account Manager and the Director of Sales.
· Strong organizational, presentation, and customer experience skills.
· Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly. A strategic thinker who is self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements:
· Must live in territory and willing to travel 1-2x a week.
· Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role within the Sales Technology industry.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Proficiency with Sales Technology and CRM software.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience selling.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Windows, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint)
- Goal Oriented
- Self-starter
