At Networks Connect, we’re more than a staffing firm—we’re a partner to healthcare organizations across the country. Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a foundational role in helping us scale impact, connect difference-makers, and deliver talent with purpose.
As an SDR, you will focus on sourcing, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities from both inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Your work lays the foundation for our business development success by identifying healthcare facilities' staffing needs and aligning them with Networks Connects solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, qualify, and generate leads across the healthcare industry (hospitals, long-term care, clinics, etc.)
- Engage with prospects through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to uncover staffing needs
- Gain insight into customer requirements to help shape consultative conversations
- Schedule high-potential discovery meetings with Business Development and/or Practice Leadership Team
- Execute daily call and outreach plans to generate consistent new business opportunities aligned with monthly/quarterly targets
- Follow up with prospects from marketing campaigns to nurture engagement and qualify for sales-readiness
- Manage and track all outreach and engagement activities in AI Automation empowered CRM system
- Partner with Business Development and Practice teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Represent the Sales Development function in weekly team meetings, providing updates and market feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years of SDR or sales experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing/recruiting
- Strong work ethic with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Comfortable conducting business and building relationships via phone, email, and video
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high-activity pace
- Motivated, resilient, and creative in prospecting approaches
- Quick to build rapport and uncover needs—even without a prior relationship
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with productivity and virtual presentation tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
