Desktop Support Technician

Essential Functions: The ability to build strong relationships, personally committed to delivering your absolute best, you value the power of teamwork and are impeccable with your word.

Tasks/Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service, technical assistance, and resolution as necessary. Basic PC repair, basic networking support, and repair computer hardware and Servers as required. Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems. Able to read and understand technical manuals.Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively.

Personal Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must. Able to work as part of a team. A logical approach to work, self-reliance, and ability to work independently. Active interest in maintaining personal technical skills and knowledge. Able to investigate, identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Very organized and able to efficiently manage their time.

Minimum required skills: Ability to read and write. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to schedule, manage, coordinate, and sequence activities. Ability to analyze and solve practical problems using reasoning.Willingness to help users with all types of issues. Experience in assisting users with hardware and software problems. Ability to work well with people.
