Neu Custom Packaging in Englewood, FL is looking for one production team member to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 501 Paul Morris Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- The Operator is a critical team member as they are responsible for the production of customer orders, ensuring that high quality products are shipped to the customer without compromising our 100% on-time delivery record.
- As a member of our operations team, this role will report to the production supervisor and is a part of the business operations team managed by our VP of Business Operations.

- Run production orders
- Quality assurance and management
- Understand and support company production targets
- Equipment repairs and maintenance
- Production setup and running parameters
- Production supervision
Qualifications
- Previous Thermoforming Experience
- Understanding of thermoforming parameters and maintenance
- Experience with but not limited to Brown and Lyle machines
